BIOGRAPHY

Ben was called to the Bar in 2022 after 12 years of practice as a solicitor. He practices mainly in common law, medical negligence, workers compensation, CTP, public liability, discrimination and inquest and coronial law. He accepts briefs in both ACT and NSW.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Ben was a Senior Solicitor acting in injury matters across the ACT and NSW and achieved accreditation as a specialist in Personal Injury by the NSW Law Society. In 2020 and 2021 he was listed by Doyles as a leading Medical Negligence Lawyer for the ACT. He is a committee member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance Medical Law Special Interest Group.
