BIOGRAPHY

Katrina was called to the Bar in 2016. Her areas of practice include criminal law, coronial inquests and inquiries, Royal Commissions, care and protection proceedings, professional discipline, administrative law and judicial review.

Katrina’s legal background is as a criminal prosecutor for the Commonwealth and ACT DPP. She has appeared in a wide range of matters including jury trials, appeals, sentences and bail applications before the ACT Supreme Court and NSW District Court. She also has extensive hearing experience in the lower courts and tribunals, and is a member of the NSW Legal Aid indictable criminal law barrister panel.
